Successful candidate will coordinate the purchase of materials by soliciting and evaluating proposals. Ensure that materials are delivered on time and meet specs. Work with vendors to maintain on-time delivery and solve problems.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED, Associate’s degree preferred and 2+ years experience in commercial purchasing is necessary. Successful candidate also have superior analytical ability; and excellent vendor management and price negotiation skills. Ability to multi-task in a very fast paced environment is required.
