Jay Bernhardt made an interesting change of life – from industrialist to preservationist – while he’s still around to enjoy it.
JGB Enterprises, Inc., in Liverpool, was awarded a $10,357,818 contract to provide a water distribution system for an Air Force base in an "austere location", the Department of Defense announced Friday.
The system will draw water from a natural source, purify, store and deliver it to an entire airbase.
