401k Profit Sharing Plan & Trust
You may voluntarily contribute from 1% to 25% of your
J.G.B. Enterprises pay into your 401k account (to
the extent allowed by law). Contributions may also
be made annually on your behalf by discretionary
management profit sharing contributions. It's a
proven way to build for your retirement and secure
your future.
Time Off
Everyone needs a break from work. We pay you to enjoy
nine days off on major holidays. Combined with vacation
days, these holidays give you greater flexibility to
travel, relax and make the most of your time off.
Medical Coverage
We want to keep you and your family healthy. With medical
costs skyrocketing, access to health care is more important
than ever. That's why J.G.B. Enterprises offers you
painless access to any health care provider, anywhere
in the country without having to receive a referral
from a primary care physician. The company contributes
a significant amount toward the cost. Best of all, your
contributions to your health care may be pretax if you
elect to participate in our premium only plan.
Dental Coverage
We offer different dental options and programs designed
to meet the your needs and the needs of your family.
Our programs cover 100% of routine examinations,
cleanings, x-rays and fillings with no deductible.
And half of most other dental work is covered including
orthodontics services. Best of all, your premiums
can be paid with pretax dollars.
Life Insurance
You have guaranteed coverage up to $50,000 - with no
medical questions to answer. Choose from $25,000 to
$100,000 of insurance and provide the protection those
who depend upon you need. You can also choose coverage
for your spouse and children too.
Flexible Spending Plan
Stretch your dollars by taking advantage of our Premium
Only Plan which deducts the premiums for your health
and dental plans from your paycheck before taxes are
paid. This can save you 30% for those dollars used to
pay your premiums.
Credit Union
As a J.G.B. employee you may elect to make the most
of your money by joining the credit union on an individual
voluntary basis.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Available to you at no cost, our EAP is a 24/7 program of comprehensive services
that help you identify and address concerns that span the spectrum of work
and life including; Financial and personal legal issues, grief and loss, emotional
distress, illness and injury, personal relationship concerns, medication questions,
and a great deal more.
