Materials
- 316L stainless steel (316L)
- 316L stainless steel Var (V316L)
- 316L stainless steel Vim/Var (VV316L)
- Male and female nuts - 316, according to ASTM A-276 and
ASTM A-479/A.
- Standard gaskets - 316 silver plated, or 316 unplated,
or Nickel.
Material Traceability
Code to ensure full traceability and availability to furnish
the customer with full doncument package, tracing the specific
component back to the chemical analysis of the product material
as well as its mechanical properties.

Pressure Ratings
Pressure ratings are calculated in accordance with Power
Piping Code ANSI B-31.1 for stainless steel fittings. All
working pressures are at a 4:1 safety factor for A.I.S.I 316.
Temperature Ratings
Maximum temperature ratings for 316 SS gaskets are 538°C (1000°F).
