J.G.B. Enterprises can provide custom solutions for winterizing hose assemblies from the outdoor elements. We have the ability to keep Frac hoses, or any type of circulating hoses from having fluids freeze up.

 The  heat trace technology will allow for  fluids to sustain a temperature of 32F or more. The heating package includes self-regulating heating element, waterproof insulation, ducting cover, 110 volt power plug and heavy duty cord.  Complete and ready to use.  

  • Self-regulating heating system
  • Designed to prevent freezing
  • 120 or 240 VAC operation (both designs consist of cable that should be connected to a 15 amp breaker,  a GFI is also recommended)
  • Waterproof heating system *not submergible*
  • 6’ long 16 gauge 3 conductor power cord (available with NEMA 5-15 waterproof plug for 120VAC applications)
